Nicklas Bendtner is being chased by Bayern Munich.
The German club has been watching the striker for a while now, but following his comments about lack of first team football at Arsenal, it has now emerged that they made enquiries regarding his availability.
Bendtner has just come back from a long-term injury but has found it difficult to get much playing time and decided to express his frustrations publically.
This is said to be the reason why he was dropped from the squad for the Everton match last weekend, although Arsene Wenger insisted that a “small injury” was to blame.
Also with Robin van Persie also fit and Maruane Chamakh scoring regularly he could find the competition for first-team places quite hard.
All this has made Bayern Munich officials think that they could be able to praise the Dane away from the Emirates Stadium in January.
